MaryRuth Books has stories that inspire successful reading in every classroom.<\/h3>\n

Our titles feature appealing characters, beautiful illustrations, original photography, and engaging stories with decodable words. The major literacy organizations: Reading Recovery\u00ae Council of North America<\/a>, Accelerated Reader\u00ae<\/a>, and Fountas & Pinnell<\/a> have independently evaluated and leveled each of our titles. Leveling helps teachers and parents find the “right” book for each individual reader.<\/p>\n

RTI and Reading Recovery\u00ae Books<\/h4>\n

We have a special set of books<\/a> selected and approved by the Reading Recovery\u00ae Council of North America.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Accelerated Reader\u00ae Computer-Based Program<\/h4>\n

If your school participates in the Accelerated Reader\u00ae Program<\/a>, we also have titles evaluated by AR. MaryRuth Books has three Accelerated Reader\u00ae Book Sets<\/a>, organized into AR ranges. Titles include fiction and nonfiction\/informational books insuring that every young reader will be able to find plenty of books they want to read.<\/p>\n

Guided Reading Texts<\/h4>\n

Guided reading<\/a> is an early literacy educational approach where a small group of students,\u00a0\u00a0supported by a teacher, consistently builds a system of strategic word skills by reading texts that are increasingly challenging. MaryRuth Books has four guided reading sets. The books range from Early Emergent Readers<\/a> to books challenging enough for Early Fluent Readers<\/a>. All of our titles have been independently evaluated and leveled by Fountas & Pinnell<\/a>.<\/p>\n
